A customer misunderstood my promo one day because I worded the content poorly ( I took RESPONSIBILITY). I had given that sale to one of my business partners, so I apologized to both ladies, gave the customer the price she was expecting to pay and took a loss by giving a second sale to my business partner since she didn't earn as much as expected from the initial sale.
When I followed up with the customer to see if she’s using her product, she gave me great news! She was using her product and getting RESULTS! She then connected with me and started a program and purchased 2 more products. I am so happy and grateful I had the opportunity to serve this customer with more valuable products because I maintained RELATIONSHIP!
Listen, when I took that financial loss, it’s not like I couldn’t have used that money and yes, we go into business to make money, but money is NOT the only currency of value in our business. More valuable is the currency of relationship that I always seek to maintain. I do my best to take care of my customers and my business partners. Since I get paid 9 different ways by Ardyss, if I take a loss on a sale or give a sale to a business partner, it’s no problem. Money is still flowing to me in 8 other ways. My goal is always to create smiles – on the face of my customers, my business partners and myself! I LOVE what I do! I love helping people get RESULTS! I love when my clients lose weight and reshape their body! I love when my business partners get paid and reach their financial goals!
